With a reveal of the first movie footage coming this weekend, X-Men: Days of Future Past has taken to grabbing eyeballs with a unique display setup at the near by Hard Rock Cafe in San Diego - a special Trask Industries display celebrating the anniversary of the Sentinel Mark I, the translucent head of which appears at the top of this post.

It’s a very cool, very clean retro look for the mutant stopping bot, matched with some sweet propaganda posters (above), and it’s made it very clear that the Sentinels will be involved in the time traveling adventure.  A viral site hit the web as well, at http://www.trask-industries.com/. We’ll see if some goodies appear there after the X-Men panel this weekend.

If that wasn’t enough, someone made a BIG oops at the X-Men: Days of Future Past Tumblr, and accidently posted some character headshots early (which were pulled shortly thereafter), including our first look at Bishop! I’m pretty sure we’ll see some official media there soon.

X-Men: Days of Future Past hits on May 23rd, 2014, and is looking like it may turn out pretty damn good so far.
