We are just over 2 weeks away from the theatrical release of Guillermo Del Toro’s latest action-adventure, the giant robots versus giant monsters opus Pacific Rim, and Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures are doing everything they can to celebrate the film and sell you a last minute ticket.

Yesterday brought about the unveiling of some exclusive new posters which will be available shortly.

The first batch comes to us from Austin, TX, but perhaps not the studio you were expecting.  Odd City Entertainment has the exclusive rights to collectors prints, and will be launching a series of Pacific Rim inspired posters on Tuesday, July 2nd.  The first print, designed by artist Gabz, is all about the heroic Jaeger known as Gipsy Danger - but what’s that in the clouds?

There will be a standard, variant and metal edition of this print, and for the pricing and print run details, see the captions for each image.

These posters will be on sale through July 11th on their online store, or until they sell out - whichever comes first. I think it will probably be an early sellout on the 2nd, considering how good they look.  More Pacific Rim prints will be coming from Odd City, so stay tuned.

If you find these posters are too expensive, or your walls don’t have enough giant robots on them (who’s does, really?), IMAX has announced that they will be continuing their IMAX Fanfix series, which started with Star Trek Into Darkness, with an exclusive print for Pacific Rim.

The awesome, comic book style art seen here is by Sergio Grisanti and will be a free giveaway to those who go to particpating 12:01am screenings of Pacific Rim.  For a list of theaters where the print will be available, click here.

Finally, if you’re still on the fence about the film, Warner Bros has released one last ad for the film. Focusing on the Apocalypse speech from Jaeger Pilot Commanding Officer Stacker Pentecost (Idris Elba), this one is all about the emotion and pageantry.

Pacific Rim hits theaters, finally, on July 12th.
