The long-awaited first look at the sequel to 2015’s Kingsman: The Secret Service has finally arrived.

Following a clever trailer tease (seriously, the only good trailer-for-a-trailer I’ve ever seen), this trailer gives us a glimpse at the latest adventure of newly minted Kingsman Eggsy (Taron Egerton) as he heads to the states, and encounters the American version of Kingsman - the Statesman, including a rowdy cowboy named Tequila (Channing Tatum), and also grabs the eye of this installment’s villain, Poppy (Julianne Moore), a member of the titular “Golden Circle".

Director Matthew Vaughn returns for this installment, and his sense of style and adventure is back with him, and that bodes well, given that Vaughn doesn’t normally do sequels…to the detriment of the Kick-Ass franchise.

KIngsman: The Secret Service was a gloriously gleeful and gory surprise, and if this trailer is any indication, Kingsman: The Golden Circle will continue on in its footsteps.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle hits theaters on September 22, 2017.
