OK you guys - it’s finally happening. I am getting optimistic about the slate of DC Comics films.

Yes, Batman v Superman was considered a mess by the general populace (although the extended cut was apparently better, which I will find out about, and review for myself this week), but word on Suicide Squad is positive, the set visits for Justice League sound like Zack Snyder’s fixing what he did wrong, and based on these new stills from Wonder Woman, the legendary female part of the DC Trinity is in good hands.

Released by Entertainment Weekly - because what isn’t these days - these stills from the making of the film show a level of color and brightness missing from Batman v Superman, and I have to admit, Gal Gadot is growing on me quite a bit in the role.

The question is - when will we see the movie in action? I bet it will be next weekend in San Diego. Hopefully, us pleebs at home get a taste too. Officially. Not bootlegged.

Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2, 2017.
