Everything old is new again, as much like in the fall of 2006, 2013 will see two separate magician films hit theaters. However, unlike 2006, which had The Prestige and The Illusionist, these films are looking to be a bit less heady, and a bit more over the top, focusing on the Vegas-style magician.

Earlier this year saw the reveal of the trailer of Now You See Me, a Summer 2013 Vegas magician heist movie. However,  the first to hit theaters will be the comedic duel between a Siegfried and Roy style magician (Steve Carell) and a Criss Angel/David Blane type (Jim Carrey) - The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.

The first trailer just hit and looks pretty darn funny, check it out.

We’ve also got a bunch of posters and stills from the film, which you can browse below.  Given that it’s been a while that Jim Carrey had a big comedic role, it’s nice to see him in a role where he can really lose himself, and Carell looks to be up to matching him. Oh, and I never complain about seeing Olivia Wilde in a movie.

The Incredible Burt Wonderstone hits theaters on March 15th, 2013.
