The pre-SDCC scoops continue, as via an invite to a San Diego Comic Con party being put on by Wired, we now have our first look at the full ensemble cast for AMC’s TV adaptation of the Robert Kirkman comic The Walking Dead.
What can I say, as a long time fan of the comic, this looks perfect. They were even smart enough to desaturate the colors enough to give a slight black and white feel. The Walking Dead is already set to be one of the darlings of SDCC (footage is to be premiered at it’s own panel on Friday, July 23rd), and they’re making all the right moves in terms of keeping the series’ profile high leading into the event. If that room isn’t packed, I’ll be shocked.
The Walking Dead is set to premiere in October on AMC.
