Considering it’s scheduled to start filming any day now, you can count this post as the beginning of the leaks of Green Lantern related content.

I can’t affirm the validity of this concept art, as the sources aren’t your typical outlets, but if the GL movie holds up to this artistic style, alongside a fun Ryan Reynolds performance and solid direction by Martin Campbell, Green Lantern could be an amazing flick.

First, here’s a look at concept art of Abin Sur and Toma-Re.

Secondly, a great look at some concept for Kilowog, which might be the images that tell me that the flick will be OK.

Green Lantern is tentatively scheduled to hit theaters on June 17, 2011.

As we’re getting closer to Summer 2010, we’re finally getting more of a glimpse of the other Avatar film, The Last Airbender, M. Night Shammy’s adaptation of the Nickelodeon toon.

These two new posters (thanks to Yahoo!) still don’t really give us any great inclination as to how accurate of an adaptation this would be, nor stave off the fears of whitewashing, but they’re slick posters as is.

I still wonder – can Shyamalan helm a film of this scale or size?  We’ll find out this summer, when The Last Airbender hits theaters.

What the HELL, George?!

Not much is really known about the project, aside from it’s being directed by Kevin Monroe (TMNT) and written by the man who wrote Elf – but seriously, what in the Sam Hill is this all about?

Stay tuned to Blast-O-Rama for my eventual fanboyish devotion, love, and positive review of the Untitled George Lucas Fairy Musical as it rushes towards breaking the worldwide cinema box office record.
