Yeah, I know, this is almost turning into a joke now.

Easy way to get into Blast-O-Rama: have Legos or Star Wars involved.

But I promise, this time it’s REALLY worthwhile! I swear!

Flickr user Avanaut has hands down, the coolest (pardon the pun) series of photos using Lego Star Wars figures, mostly focusing on the ice planet of Hoth.  But, as you can see above, Avanaut isn’t tied down to just using characters from Star Wars…he goes for the full Lucasfilm universe!

So, by all means, click through to their photostream, and browse through for pure awesome. It’s photo series like these which makes me want to blow money on a better camera, a lightbox, and all those Lego sets I tell myself will just collect dust.
