I’ve got to give Lionsgate Pictures credit, they are really making me intrigued about Kick-Ass.
They’ve released a steady collection of media since obtaining the rights for the film in the fall, with a series of character posters, a teaser trailer, a poster for Kick-Ass, and now a stand alone poster for Red Mist, the teen vigilante played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse, which should finally get him out of the McLovin phase of his career. Released exclusively to the gang at Ain’t It Cool News, you can click the above image for a ridiculously large version. We’re talking 4k x 6k.
Having never read the actual comic yet (whoops!), I can’t help but get a Chris O’Donnell in Batman & Robin vibe from the Red Mist…is that intentional?
Guess we’ll find out in April, when Kick-Ass hits cinemas.
