hipsterheman

Take one part Greyskull, one part wacky hipster fashion, and you’d get this amazing illustration series by Adrian Riemann.

Mixing the He-Man characters of the 80s with the current day fashions of the kids who grew up in that decade…it’s stunning to say the least.

Adrian, friend, you outdid yourself.  Don’t just take my word on it, dear readers, click that link.

Remember a few months back when I posted a video of Dr. Doom on the open-mic circuit?

The video was filmed as a part of Bar Bacon Comedy night at Golden West here in Baltimore, and well…Doom returned.  And he seems to have come back with a certain watermelon destroying comedians schick.

In my opinion, it’s a good bit better this time.

Remember those great Marvel cartoons from the 60′s, which were basically glorified motion-comics?

What would happen if they did them as Marvel Zombies?

That’s the answer provided with these series of YouTube videos by user “whoiseyevan”, and well, they’d be a bunch of bloody, catchy themed song fun!

We’ve got one above, and one below, so click play and enjoy!

Straight from Jackson Publick’s livejournal, we now know the premiere date for Venture Brothers Season 4.1 (called .1 as it’s the first part of the season, which will be split into two.)

The season will debut at midnight on Sunday, October 18th. So, yes, technically on Monday, October 19th.

Either way! NEW VENTURE BROS! OCTOBER EIGHTEENTH! BE THERE!

Oh, and that image up top? That’s a look at the Monarchmobile straight out of the new season. Dig it.
